Glenshane has been great! This is our second year in our apartment and they’ve been so attentive and responsive to anything we need. Specifically I just want to shout out the team for their help during the snowstorm! They shoveled us out and it was a HUGE help.

Amazing management and property, in my 7 years of renting this is the first complex I have happily resigned. Some of those reasons? 1. The apartment is huge and gorgeous. We have tons of friends in Boston and everyone says we got a great find. 2. The rent is extremely fair, I pay less for this great apartment than I have for others in the same neighborhood that were not nearly as nice. 3. The maintenance team is quick, responsive, respectful, and hardworking. I would extend that same praise to the entire management team. 4. Best AC unit I have ever had the privilege of living with, granite counters, new appliances. I am convinced we got lucky and found the best apartment for the price in Boston.

I've been living at a Glenshane property for 3 months and it has been great!! The Property Manager, Artem, is very communicative and the Maintenance Manager, Gilberto (Juju), takes care of work orders very quickly and respectfully. Definitely recommend renting at a Glenshane property!!

I’ve noticed ongoing issues at a Newton property managed by Glenshane—cars blocking sidewalks and trash bins left open for days, inviting rats. Past tenant reviews mention mold and poor responsiveness, and it seems that same lack of oversight is affecting how the property is maintained today. I hope conditions improve soon.

I am writing this after the 2nd flooding of my daughters apartment at 80 N Beacon Street in Allston. She had contacted the management group in June when she noted water under the plastic mat that her desk chair sits on. The maintenance person came by and said “let me know if it happens again”. On 7/21 the window well outside of her below street level bedroom filled with water after heavy rains. The window exploded into her room with glass and 3 inches of water on the floor. Maintenance showed up initially with nothing. Left and returned with a shop vac & fans. Plastic was placed on the now open window. When the management group was questioned about the safety of this, my daughter was told “it’s a low crime area”. She was directed to sleep upstairs on the couch while her room was “drying “o
