Sam is the biggest scam artist out there. Make sure you get everything in writing because his words mean nothing, he is nothing but a liar. I'm currently dealing with Hud due to him illegally selling me a home
Very Unprofessional,this guy goes out of his way to mess up the job,then tries to blame the customer.Then uses the problem as an excuse to not finish the job unless you give him more money. This guy is the type of contractor ,that other contractors refer to as a "Traveler".
My slab is not the right size and drainage that was supposed to be done was not! They also ruined our brand new drainage in the front of our house that they said they would fix. Our house is sepetating now also. Sam would not do anything!
