The buggiest place in the city....If you never want to see a roach or a bedbug stay away. I assure you. Everyone pretends this problem doesn't exist. Can't get out fast enough. Manager owner and even tenants don't care. Gross#marvin. I'm calling the city to file a report as soon as I move.
Used as a dumping ground for seniors and disabled.agencies dump and for all practical purposes forgets them.the management and employees seeing this treat the residents accordingly.as usual in places like this residents accept poor treatment due to not having many other housing options.housing for the truly disenfranchised.
This place always dark at the front desk heat doesn't work right comes on only in early morning
