Glenmuir of Naperville Apartments

Our family wants to express our sincere gratitude to the Glenmuir of Naperville Apts team. We have lived happily in this community for two and a half years. Whether your family is small or large, this community has a wonderful location and grounds. There are high-quality kindergartens, schools, churches, and a wide selection of stores nearby, and the Downtown is only 15 minutes away by car. The community grounds include a beautiful park area, a children's playground, a summer outdoor pool, and a gym. You will never be bored here. The apartments are well-designed and include all the necessary amenities. The maintenance team does an excellent job. Any maintenance request is processed immediately on the same day. If they cannot solve the problem right away, they call back or leave a message

I would like to give a big shout out to the community manager Joseph Polizzi and Loni! I have lived here for 5 years now and I love it! Any concerns and questions I have had have always been addressed right away....which I appreciate vey much! Joe is an amazing manager who cares and Loni is so very helpful! They get things done! I remember when Joe first came to be the manager at this location...it was not safe for we the residents to swim in our swimming pool since shady people who did not live in our community would come to the pool and make us all feel threatened and uncomfortable ....well that did not last long Joe took care of the situation by putting locks on the doors to get into the pool area and by assigning wrist bands to get into the pool to ensure that the person or people

Loni was so helpful during the whole process while me and my significant other found our apartment! She took the time to answer our questions and was always so kind! Loni and Steve also were awesome in making sure our laundry room was fixed! They always communicated effectively and were very professional! Everyone we have interacted with has been great! So far very happy with the move here!

I want to make as fair of a review as possible while also making issues we experienced known to future tenants so they can properly weigh the pros and cons. We lived here for 1 year and while the touring and move in process was easy it did come with its challenges. For starters we couldn’t see our unit until move in day which we knew ahead of time and decided to risk it anyway due to the seemingly cheaper rent (I say seemingly because there are multiple hidden fees). However on move in day we experienced a very angry resident yelling and threatening us for not parking our car in the driveway (the U-Haul was there and mind you we were originally told there was no assigned parking).
