Very poor management, you have drug addicts walking around looking on the ground intimidating residents very poor management my son was having PT with his physical therapist outside when you had an unstable individual walk from the parking lot till the middle of the grass the physical therapist whom is a medical provider felt very uncomfortable then the unstable individual tried to follow us back in the building very unprofessional and foothills regional housing you should be ashamed of yourself I would look elsewhere if you were thinking of this property definitely not worth it. The eviction rate for being a low income property is sky high you might want to look into that before they throw your family out and all your belongings. It is haunted you got blackbirds that fly around constantly

Horrible place and its haunted and I cant wait to move.. this place is haunted and I dont care who says im crazy if you belive in ghost I have story's to tell you.. I guess no one's believes me well if you live here you will know they are ghost here and they haunt you and do things to you you cant image when someone dont believe in ghost then it's fake but well your lieing to your self.. Dont ever live here ever, horrible neighbors and two face managers and most of all this is not worth living in at all.. if you live here it's not a good place stay away from here.. management dont care and not helpful and dont belive what you say about anything...

This place is awful… I am happy we have a home. Just really can’t stand how bad this place has gotten. The staff is terrible. Maintenance men allowed to gossip and work on the property after pulling a knife out in a child. No steady manager. There are homeless people sleeping in the apartment hallways. Trashing the property, breaking into cars, slashing tires, putting graffiti inside the building. This is all after they hired these so called security guards. The security sits in their car in front of the leasing office. A lot of good that is doing. Then we are punished because they cannot get it together.
