Maintenance supervisor Johnny was absolutely amazing! Never really have had good experiences in the past with other maintenance workers at previous places I’ve lived. He was very prompt in responding to our request and fixed the problem within 5 minutes! Super friendly and knowledgeable as well! Whoever his boss is should give him a raise and a fat bonus for his excellent work!!

We just moved into the complex and we couldn't be more thrilled! The location is close to a small plaza within walking distance. Veronica, the manager here, is truly exceptional! From our first interaction, she has been nothing short of incredible. She was always available for any questions or concerns I had. You can really tell she is passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about the well-being of others. She goes above and beyond. My family and I feel grateful to have her as the manager here. Also, our application was a quick process; Veronica and Adriana were on top of it. Veronica stayed in touch throughout the whole process, which made it an effortless transition to move. Applied, got approved, and signed a lease all within 5 business days! Just wanted to give props to the Property Manager, Alan, who made the process super simple and quick. He was fast to answer questions and let me tour all of the available units (some even twice) to make sure I absolutely loved the one I picked. Moving in soon, but so far the gated community looks nice, clean, and quiet. The street parking looks competitive but each unit has an assigned car port so shouldn't be issue. Pictures also match the website exactly!

Moved in last week. My family and I are loving it so far. Nice and quiet. Veronica helped us out with whole process. Took us about 2 weeks to receive the keys ! Veronica did a great job with the details and her response to questions we had came back to us really quick ! Thank you Veronica! We did have a few issues with some of the appliances. Washer,dryer and stove. But Johnny from maintenance came in and resolved them in a timely manner.
