Renters beware!!! When we first initially moved in, I gave this complex a five star review. They were extremely accommodating and they were urgent to get a spot filled. Now I know why. Since October 2025 when we initially moved in, we were ecstatic of the value we thought we were receiving. As of February 26, 2025 our rent has increased over $20 every month since October. You do the math. We are now over $100 more than we initially thought we were paying. There is zero consistency in the billing structure. When I address this issue last month with the complex manager, her response was basically, that’s the way it goes. It’s the name of the game. I lost my job but I was able to find a new one. I kept them in the loop and told them that I’m working on paying them off and I could’ve paid them off. I even found an organization to help me pay one of the months I went to go pay my rent and my portal was disabled. They told me that I was two months behind even though I was gonna pay one month of that two months so that would’ve only been one month behind. I could’ve paid off that one month by the end of the month and I kept them in the loop with what’s happening with me. I got an email back saying that she’s been contacting me by my phone that was shut off even though I put on my preferred contacts my email and she told me they are no longer interested in renting to me. The staff has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and support. While I have not personally observed any issues mentioned in online reviews, I feel a sense of security and well-being within the establishment. Notably, the recent upgrade of the laundry facilities has significantly enhanced the overall experience. Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

We recently moved to Glen Ridge and they have been very kind and helpful since day one they have really turned the place around making Improvements and renovations throughout the property making it feel very modern and comfortable They are pet friendly and have a great pool accessible to all residents makes perfect for a hot day!! Overall a great place to live .!

I didn’t feel comfortable, giving an honest review while I lived there as I was initially asked by Alex to give a 5 star review, which at first I regretfully did. If you look back, you will see there is a grouping of reviews, all given five stars all around the same time. Before I moved, I edited my review from a 5 star, raving about how awesome Alex was, to say “it’s okay.” Once I was able to secure a new place, and was able to get half of my deposit refund back (which I am still very grateful for but was most likely due to the fact that the initial deposit was around $2600) I debated on whether or not to give an actual honest review.
