Glen Oaks Apartments

My family and I relocated to a new apartment community nice clean big I’m able to put a kitchen table in my apartment like I’ve always wanted to and I have carpet which I’ve always wanted as well too nice community. I love it. Pool, hot tub the concrete cabana nice mailbox, laundry room right there nice I don’t even have to take out my trash. They come and pick it up from my door so convenient. I love that part of it. Everything right off my patio (Garden coming next) 🫶🏾 DuBon family

Don't move here the management for years has not taken care of issues that are urgent they are roach infested and people don't stay here long wich is why they advertise so much 1 month free rent for referrals. They can't keep tenants let alone office staff for long they will screw you over and are hella judgemental. maintenance comes quick but they do half ass jobs and I have pictures to prove it do yourself a favor if your moving in ask for appliances to be pulled out and opened and you will see how infested they are. Also ask for copies of how often the glendale police are there and for what reasons. They don't do anything about drug use regarding tenants or homeless coming onto the property do yourself a favor find a different complex that isn't owned by Wasatch if you don't wanna get s

The management staff Marissa,Desiree ,💝and their Maintenance staff Adrian and Enrique 💪are accommodating and quick to respond, taking care of issues as soon as they arise. Shout 👏 out to Maria💓 as well for keeping our laundry facilities neat and clean. My babies love the pool! All things considered, I heartily suggest Glenoaks to anyone searching for a convenient and cozy place to live."

We love this place! Huge one bedrooms, clean, friendly, has carpet, pet friendly and the maintenance men, Adrian and Edgar are super quick and friendly. Desiree and staff has made everything easy for us. Thank you!

I came in to check out an apartment for my son. I was very warmly greeted and the people couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely and the grounds were very well kept and beautiful too. I really couldn't have asked for more! From my perspective, everything was great except for the neighborhood itself. I wish this complex was located somewhere else. If that were the case, my son would be moving in tomorrow. If this area works for you, I don't think you're going to find better people to rent from. Thank you for a wonderful visit 🙂
