UPDATE 6: did an inspection with Sandy springs code enforcement, their vendor and my vendor and both vendors found moisture but a report was sent at the end of the day that there was not “enough” moisture around to deem it a problem. UPDATE 5: my front door was unlocked when I came by today, so maintenance must have left it unlocked as my roommate and I haven’t been here since last week. Still waiting to see about the floors. UPDATE 4: Received a follow up email this morning, and still no call. They claimed that they decided to go ahead and take the next steps in their hands, even though we agreed on having me there next time they have their vendors out to do moisture readings. They claimed they did not detect any moisture, and they are basically not going to do anything to fix the floor.

I recently toured Glen Lake Apartments and had such an amazing experience thanks to Airianna! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. She made sure to answer all of our questions thoroughly during the tour and never made us feel rushed. I really enjoyed my time with her she truly made us feel comfortable and valued. I appreciated that she gave us the option to tour both a model unit and a vacant unit so we could get a visual of the space with and without furniture. That extra effort made a big difference in helping us picture ourselves living there. She even introduced my family and me to other staff members, and they were just as warm and welcoming. Prior to moving in, I toured this apartment complex twice. During the tour, the office staff was very polite and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and took their time. When I decided to sign a lease, I was provided a move in date very quickly. The staff continued to keep me informed with updates about my apartment. On move in day, my apartment was freshly painted and cleaned. Since then, I have not had any issues. This is a very quiet complex and I throughly enjoy it.

We had an absolutely amazing experience touring the Glen Lake Apartments with our guide, Alanna. I could not have asked for a more thorough and pleasant experience on our tour! She was extremely kind and made sure to answer any and all questions, showed us the various layout that we were interested in, and she made us feel already a part of the community. I lived at Glen Lake for 3, almost 4 years from 2021-2025. I began in one unit and then they moved us to another for renovations on the unit I was in. Made us pay another deposit or move out - we couldn't move to another place because of the extremely short notice; they only gave us a month. I developed asthma because of the air quality of this place. The floors are basically wallpaper and if you move a chair to the left too hard, the floor will come up. It also leaves indentions It's a pretty cheap cosmetic renovation for them to charge you $300 more. The unit we lived in had the unfortunate placement of being next to the garbage compactor and from about April to September of last year, it was completely broken.
