Glen Hills

I’ve been living at Glen Hill Apartments for about two months, and my experience has been excellent so far. The apartment was in tip-top shape when I moved in clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. Any work orders I’ve submitted have been handled promptly and professionally. The office staff is always welcoming, friendly, and very helpful whenever I need assistance. The community is quiet and peaceful, and I really appreciate how well the green spaces and grounds are cared for—it makes the property feel beautiful and relaxing. Overall, Glen Hill Apartments has been a wonderful place to call home.

I chose Glen Hills primarily because they allowed my pit bull, and I’m glad I did- the property is green and beautiful, with lots of room for my dog to explore! The entire process from applying to moving in was flawless, and the office (Kenzie was my first contact, she gave me a video tour then real tour that weekend) and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive, whether you need them or are just passing by on the property. They do an excellent job updating apartments, and maintaining the common areas-I’ve been super impressed and am really enjoying my experience at Glen Hills so far (I’ve lived here for 3 months)!

The leasing manager handled my renewal terribly. If something is out of compliance, tenants should get a notification—just like they send reminders for inspections or lease renewals. Instead, I was charged for insurance I already had, then told I wouldn’t be compensated even after proving I was in compliance. On top of that, the manager was rude and acted like I did something wrong. This was a simple misunderstanding that could have been resolved with basic communication. Very disappointed in how this company treats tenants. If you plan to renew your lease here, I strongly recommend asking in advance if there are any documents they require. Otherwise, you may be charged unnecessarily without the courtesy of being contacted first. Caution when we renewing lease!!!!!!

The apartment is clean and well taken care of. The management is responsive and the maintenance team is also great I enjoy working with Seka and Krista and they both are respectful and responsive when you need their help. Great place to live so far, although my rent has gone up each year (except during covid 2020), but it was not a big increase so I still stayed. Otherwise the place is great it need to be modernized though, I know other apartments are being worked on while mine is a bit old

I currently live here, overall it’s solid place to live. Pretty quiet and the maintenance crew are very prompt and efficient. My only issue is people who smoke in the units. The staff could do a better job enforcing that, but they only send out emails or tell you to call the police, which shouldn’t be the responsibility of the tenant when it’s not our property. Other than that it’s a quality area
