I’m a retailer in Northern Virginia looking for space for rent and it is no surprise to me to see all of the unsatisfactory ratings of this company. They’re answering service was atrocious, somebody must be asleep at the wheel whoever’s running this company.

I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Ted, who claims to work in the Property Care Department on behalf of the owners at McLearen Square property in Herndon, Virginia. I reached out with a valid concern and was met with an extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude. From the start, Ted seemed uninterested in helping and made little effort to listen or provide any meaningful support. When I calmly informed him that I was considering legal action due to the nature of the issue, his tone became even more combative. Rather than addressing the concern or guiding me toward someone who could help, he chose to shut down the conversation entirely, and ultimately hung up the phone on me. Please DO NOT RENT ANY SPACE managed by this Glazer company specially in Philadelphia City Centre as the triple net charges is unpredictable and there is always an extra CAM charge once or even twice a year in addition to the CAM that you’re already paying every month. And the extra charge could be more than your base rent not sure what for they will never tell you what the extra charge for. You don’t even have a good decent building maintenance With the amount you’re paying plus the extra CAM charge. Stairs very dirty and rusted , once a year window cleaning and crack on steps. Please save yourself from leasing this space. Many tenants have failed .

Glazer has implemented inhumane pest control practices on their property. They have chosen to trap and kill pigeons rather than make any sort of effort to humanely remove them. This is all happening despite the tenants voicing their concerns with the practice and stating they are okay with the birds.

I called to rent a space for a Child Care Center at their Tower Center location located in Eden Prairie. They informed me that they don’t rent to start ups. I live in the area and noticed that these spaces have been vacant for 2+ years so not renting to startups makes no sense to me. Stupid backwards policy if you ask me
