Glass House by Windsor Apartments

I’ve lived at Glasshouse Apartments for about 14 months now, and the maintenance team has been consistently outstanding. Edgar is always incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive whenever we need assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team does a great job making sure everything is taken care of properly. They really go above and beyond to help residents and make living here a great experience. I truly appreciate all the hard work Edgar and the maintenance staff put in!

Not worth the price. This place needs MAJOR improvements. As a resident very disappointed with cleaning and leasing managment customer service. Elevators constantly break they advertise this place very Luxury extremely far from it. When considering touring I advise you to really inspect the community before moving inn maybe consider weighing your options. Very dirty look at the carpet and floors. I recommend a new cleaning provider. Also be cautious of the FAKE 5 star reviews that magically appear all together at one time.

Lived there in 2019/2020 and had a great experience! Moved to Austin in 2020 and then back in 2023 and knew I must go back to Glasshouse. Totally different experience. Everything was dirty, MOLDY, filthy. elevators never worked. Also do pay attention to the chalk paint used in the elevators for obvious reasons… Passive aggressive emails from management and specifically one of the front desk concierge men. I got incredibly sick living here. Only good part was that maintenance was super nice and specifically two of the concierge people, but they no longer work there. Recently, I had a package delivered to my old unit by accident. Of course this is totally my bad and I didn’t mean to but it was something for someone for Christmas and was expensive. Glass House is a pretty good place to live! Friendly and helpful concierge, safe, clean, but there are two pitfalls. The first is at least one elevator is always broken, which you only really notice during rush hours. When two go out it’s a problem. The second pitfall is only obvious now upon renewal, but they’ve increased fees from last year. You’re forced to pay $65 a month for “community wide internet” that just stinks (90 mbps, frequent outages), $40 for parking in unreserved spots, and they increased the amenity fee by $20 without any actual upgrades. With that I would still recommend living here for sure but know on top of rent you’re throwing ~$100 away each month
