If you are looking for a property management company or real estate team to work with I would HIGHLY recommend Glanzer Realty! I have rented homes in Gainesville on and off since 2011 and this year has by far been the best experience we have had. They take care of the things they say the will take care of. They show up when they say they will show up and that actually care about the renters as much as the owners. I can’t say enough about Hillary and the rest of the team at Glanzer 5/5 would recommend 👍💪
Craigslist had a mobile home for rent. Turned out to be a major scam. Glaser Realty was the true listing agent. Left multiple messages to confirm and never received a simple callback. Lost a lot of valuable time and money
