Glacier Valley

The property manager Jack is great! He provides timely responses and does a good job of managing the property and keeping it clean. The apartment was beautiful and I love all of the windows and private laundry room! If I ever need to move from a home, I would choose Glacier Valley again!

Very comfy and cozy place to live. Everything works great and the grounds are very well kept. Super safe. My cat loves watching all the nearby wildlife. Management is easy to work with throughout the application process and with any little issue you might have. My only real "complaint" would be that it is a bit of a drive to get into the city proper, but I see that as a good thing.

My roommate and I have lived on the property about three weeks now and are leasing a 2 bed, 2 bath, plus loft, and we COULD NOT be happier here. The apartment is absolutely stunning and sooo spacious! Our patio view is towards the neighboring houses, which is still a lovely view. The complex is very well kept and taken care of. The grounds are clean and well kept. There is plenty of green space surrounding the apartments and a few playgrounds and walking paths close by. The neighborhood and complexes are very quiet and everyone is friendly and respectful. The pool/grilling area is well maintained, and we can’t wait to use the community room for any gatherings! Having two dogs, I was worried because you always hear “pet friendly” but Glacier Valley truly is. Their pet restrictions are minim

I was able to tour and move in within two business days with a complete inspection and cleaning of my unit. Jack is so helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond to all my emails and phone calls. Honestly a great experience, and it’s comforting knowing that he has a great systems in place and is very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of the property.

My heat went out, and the maintence team was amazing! Worked super fast and they were very kind! Thank you Ilir for getting my heat back on! My dog and I really appreciate it!
