We are happy with the overall finished product. GJ Gardner helped us finance and build a 400SQFT ADU in our yard. There were challenges and quite a few delays along the way, which should not be a surprise to anyone when developing. Some communications with management team could have been handled better; but we are impressed by their rockstar foreman Joe, and happy with the product quality once everything has been completed.
