Gilpin Place Apartments

I’ve had the pleasure of renting with this management company for over 5 years, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. I recently moved from another property they manage into Gilpin Place Apartments, and the entire transition was handled so smoothly that it made the move stress-free. A huge part of that credit goes to Property Manager, Ashley Crossan. Ashley genuinely cares about her tenants and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and happy in their home. She’s approachable, responsive, and makes you feel like a valued resident, not just another lease on paper. The maintenance team is equally impressive. Maintenance here at Gilpin Place is fast and efficient and if they cannot come that day they will give you a courtesy e-mail. Office staff is also very efficient and pleasant. Ashley is wonderful. She gets things done fast and efficiently. Ashley responds quickly to your needs and Clarence gets the job done quickly and professionally. Management is Hands on

Very quaint building with beautiful original hardwood floors and tall ceilings. Very friendly and helpful office staff, which is hard to come by! Currently in a 1BD/1BA and we are looking to upgrade to a 2BD in the near future since we love the area and don’t plan on moving anytime soon. Definitely recommend!

I called - someone came and fixed it quickly. Can't do much better than that.
