Gibson Santa Monica

I had a wonderful time at the Fall Event at The Gibson Santa Monica! The atmosphere was lively and beautifully put together you can really tell how much care goes into making residents feel welcome and appreciated. Ruby, the property manager, and the entire staff are always such a pleasure to work with professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in creating a great community experience. I Highly recommend The Gibson for anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, class, and great people!

I recently moved into Gibson and have had such a great experience so far! From the moment I toured, everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. Catherine and Ruby in the office are truly amazing—they’re always friendly, responsive, and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I also really appreciate how clean and well-maintained the community is. I see the cleaner out every day making sure everything looks great, which really makes a difference. I’m so glad I chose to call Gibson home!

Really great management by Bozzuto. I’ve grown accustomed to having poor service by property managers, but this is the first building I’ve lived in where the property management puts forth effort into making the daily experience better. I especially love the monthly events they organize which are a real treat!

We’ve had such a great experience living at Gibson Santa Monica! Ruby Sanchez, the community manager, has been amazing—super friendly and really made us feel taken care of from the start. She’s always on top of things, and the rest of the staff has been just as responsive and helpful. One of our favorite things about living here is the rooftop—it’s the perfect spot to hang out during the summer. Whether we’re relaxing after work or having friends over, we’re always up there enjoying the view. Definitely recommend Gibson if you’re looking for a great place with awesome people and good vibes!

The team, especially Ruby and Victor, have been so welcoming and helpful. Their dedication truly makes a difference! One of my favorite things is the monthly newsletter. It’s such a great way to stay connected with what’s happening in the community. Thanks to a recent flier, I even discovered a local run club and a farmers market—both of which have made me feel even more at home. I’m so glad I chose to live here. Great management, a well-kept building, and a strong sense of community make this place truly special!
