DO NOT move here if you value your safety, sanity, or tenant rights. We live at a Vineyards Ontario and have had one of the worst experiences imaginable. After a sprinkler system broke in a unit two floors above us, our studio flooded through the front and back doors, patio, wall sockets, water heater, electrical panel, and even the bathroom cabinet. What followed was chaos. Maintenance came in, cut open multiple parts of our walls, left loud industrial equipment in the middle of our unit for days, and told us to keep our AC running to support their machines causing a huge spike in our electricity bill, which they refused to reimburse. Our apartment became unlivable. We couldn’t use our kitchen, our sinks, or even move around without stepping over equipment and exposed drywall. Instead o

New apartment cheap materialI’m so ready to get out the lease and I haven’t even moved in yet. Bathroom floor nasty Dirt everywhere all in the cracks of the bathroom floor Dirt paint spots all over the floor paint drops all over the floor dust all over dirty light switches . They said they had somebody to come clean it, but this is what I walked into. I have to go clean myself. The manager said somebody cleaned I asked him can they do it one more time please tried to get the pain and dirt up he told me they already did And he said my floor has paint on it they also told me that the windows were soundproof because it’s next to a freeway. I can still hear everything outside with the windows closed very uncomfortable. This is awful. I could imagine if I need something fixed later on in the
I would say don't bother doing business here... ( Feb 18th 2024 ) Going on 3 weeks trying to get a hold of someone from corporate about my rain leaking issues I have had for almost 2 years.... Moisty apartment✔️ Mold ✔️ Bad customer service ✔️ Bad property office personnel ✔️ Shouldn't have to wait almost 2 years for the rain issues to be fixed! Got hit with a renewal letter or get a 8% increase in apartment rate. I asked for a transfer before signing a new lease and have been waiting for them to accommodate me and my family for it! Same excuse every time I bring it up ( We are waiting for the owner to approve the construction team to repair ) The office personnel where I live want me to pay a deposit for a apartment if I transfer!! I told them for the 2 years I've been waiting I shouldn'
Major Issues With This Property! (Ferrante Apartments) Flooding & constant facility shutdowns The day I moved in, there was a major flood that shut down the basketball and pickleball courts for months. About a month ago, there was ANOTHER leak, shutting down the courts again. Every time, there are industrial fans everywhere, and no transparency or urgency from management to fix the problem. Rats in the parking garage Recently, I saw multiple rats near resident parking spots in P2. Management brushed it off, blaming construction — but there’s also trash and abandoned personal items everywhere, which they’ve done nothing about. It’s disgusting and dangerous to have vermin running around where residents park their cars. Security & safety concerns A few weeks ago, I saw multiple police c
