Very uncomfortable sales guy, knowledgeable but weird. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a model and I go to plenty!! The actual construction was quality work and well thought out
Brochure pricing we received the same day apparently is outdated. Starting mid 500k, but when we arrived it was 615k-850k. Made a long drive, just disappointed. Sales ladies were nice, GHO should consider showing their models with their standard features or at least have access to viewing what are your options when you are viewing models.
Wonderful people and an incredible build quality.
Only checked their website to see property prices and deaigns.
Love the GHO models, nice golf community
