Kathy, Derek and everyone at G&H Homes have been so helpful in all the builds they did for us. They communicated with us generously throughout each build and are creative when it comes to our many requests. I try to provide all my requests up front as to not throw last minute changes their way, but they were still kind when it did happen. Absolute con-artist. They cut every corner in the book, change things behind your back, install basic cabinets after charging for upgraded units, the "yard" will be left in complete shambles, the finish work is atrocious, they refuse simple requests while claiming to be a "custom builder" and are rude, greedy people on top of that. They didn't even bother to call for our 1 year inspection, not that I'd let them touch a single thing in my home again. We have every text and every email. I would LOVE to show anyone our house and share our experience to help save others the headache of dealing with these 2 shysters.
