A special thanks to Ms. Gloria and Ms. Tania for doing such an outstanding job keeping us tidy - they work really hard. Also, George - you're such a gentleman and so incredibly service oriented. I worked with George to help find an apartment in Burbank, and although my family decided on another unit in Pasadena, I wanted to express how impressed we were with the attentiveness to our needs and what we were looking for. Not only was he prompt in his responses, but when we arrived to view each unit, it was very simple to dial the call box to the office and a kind person answered and buzzed us in to do self-guided tours. It was so cool to see personal touches of candy and Burbank postcards offered on the countertops. It was clear to see that George cares and has great pride in his neighborhood. Thanks for the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this rental company!!!

After EIGHT years living at Cedar Hills Luxury Apartments in Burbank we had to say goodby with good memories. Our apartment at Cedar Hills, had been managed by one of the best management teams, we ( my wife and I ) have come across in years. The team at Gerro Properties: Stacy, Jennifer, and Tim, are just superb. You talk to people who are not just responsive and nice, but also caring. Stacey who usually answers the phone has the gift of a smile in her voice and is so pleasant to talk to. Any issue large or small, electrical, air conditioning or pluming gets resolved in no time. The reason we moved, was because we purchased a house, a great deal we couldn't pass. My wife and I just moved into one of Gerro’s properties and I gotta say, the management here is top tier. Stacy, Jennifer, and John have been super responsive any time we’ve had a maintenance request and every issue that’s come up has been addressed within a day. It’s also nice to talk to real people who can actually solve issues. The maintenance tech, Abisai, is very skilled and efficient. All in all I’d say this is the most competent management team I’ve ever dealt with.

I have now lived in a unit managed by Gerro Properties twice. When we moved out the first time it was to move to another state, and we were devastated to leave such a great spot (loved our apartment!!). With that said, the process of both moving in and moving out is always handled with the utmost professionalism from the team at Gerro Properties. They were quick to return my deposit to me and and were very forthcoming about my legal protections as a renter, and I really appreciated that. It is rare you find a property manager that treats you as well when you leave as when you moved in. When we moved back to the area, they were the first people I contacted, and we were lucky enough to move right back into the same building. I cannot say enough positive things about Gerro Properties.
