Germantown Apartments

I’m in the process of moving in and I already feel so welcomed! Mary has helped me so much throughout this entire process. She’s been patient, professional, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Moving can be stressful, but she made everything smooth and easy for me. I truly appreciate her kindness and support. I’m excited to become part of this community! Highly recommend working with Mary if you’re looking to move here!

Mary was very wonderful from start to Finish! She made sure everything was easily explained, made sure I was comfortable with my decision and did an amazing job detailing my tour of the apartment! I can say I made a great choice😊

I don’t live here yet. But the property manager Mary was so darn sweet and informative. My husband and I can’t wait to move in granted being approved. Either way Mary was wonderful & it was a pleasure meeting her.

I really appreciated Mary the property manager who toured me around the complex today. She very soft spoken and a compassionate person to meet. The property is on a nice block in the Germantown area.

Don’t waste your time viewing these apartments, As you enter the building the mail boxes are all busted open, the entry rug was so dirty, it does not look like they get daily cleaning service, The guy showed me an apartment with the lights OFF, that’s a red flag (what are they trying to hide?, I tried to open the living room window it slam back down almost decapatating my finger to the bone.. (he said it just needs a spring) the refrigerator had several scratches and dints on it. The cabinets was visibly scratch up, his excuse was they need to be cleaned ( but why show a dirty apartment than, The online photos are %100 fabricated , there was no counter space to cook with, all the photos was inlarged to make the place look bigger, the toilet sat about the height of elementary school toilet
