They do great work and stand by their products.
I purchased two large trees and Mr. Gerdes planted them on our property. He also installed “bubblers” so they were watered automatically by our irrigation system. A few months after they were planted they were not looking healthy. He promised to come to help diagnose the problem but he never came. Eventually the trees died. Mr. Gerdes told us he would replace the trees at half price. We drove to the nursery as directed and selected new trees, but he never came. I’ve stopped by their business multiple times and left messages for Mr. Gerdes to call but he has never come back to our property or responded to our messages.
