In fall of 2024, my wife and I worked with Hannah to purchase a house in Tucson, and just a few months later, after I had a job offer in another state, she helped us sell that same house. Because she helped us get such a good deal on the house when we bought it, and because she was able to help us get a good price when we sold, we were able to essentially break even, which is almost impossible to do when selling a house you bought just a few months earlier.
