The HOA doesn’t allow you to do ANYTHING outside of your home or townhome and they are completely unreasonable. The leasing office approved my privacy screens only to tell me I have to take them down a month later. The HOA cited “aesthetics” yet I’m SURROUNDED by construction materials strewn everywhere, large dumpsters in the streets, and a black silt fence running along the entire length of my lot. Yet my privacy screens aren’t “aesthetically pleasing” enough. What a joke. I would not recommend living here to anyone.

I live right next to this new development. The loud equipment was a lot every day...then there is the LOUD music and singing by the workers....but the worst part is all the TRASH I have to pick up in my yard every single day. Food wrappers, food containers, drink cups, water bottles, soda cans, bags from stores, all kinds of plastic, pieces of the wrap from the side of the house, big and small pieces of cardboard....it has been non stop. I take good care of my house to keep it looking good and this has been a huge problem. There is NO ONE to talk to about this. I called and left a message with my name and number....they never called me....I'm pretty sure they couldn't care less. So if you see them starting to build near you...be prepared and buy ear plugs and extra trash bags. This company

This needs to be addressed Asap!! Cars and Trucks and 4 wheels from the trailer parks racing through the neighborhood is out of control!! People are using the neighborhood as a short cut to Fayetteville Rd!! Speeding construction vehicles as well out of control! MUNGO HOMES LISTEN TO ME ! Please add SPEED BUMPS ASAP !! AND ALSO MAKE THIS COMMUNITY GATED!! Before the trailer parks next this community run everyone away!! Do something now!! Also the police had a high speed chase through the neighborhood a few weeks back! SPEED BUMPS NEED TO BE INSTALLED BEFORE SOMEONE GETS INJURED!!

I purchased in Georgia's Landing. Love it! Sales crew, builder and especially Reagan, the warranty manager are all incredible. If there are any issues, Reagan is on it until it's right!

The HOA is awful and unreasonable. Enjoy not being able to have anything outside of your home. Do not move here
