Georgian Hills Apartments

This is a horrible place to live, lots of roaches, negative service. maintenance very interested to know about resident lives issues, the young lady that used to live there and had the management position got rid off a lot of residents including people that were under the government assistance.

If you move out take pictures and video. It's crazy that they charge for paint $1,482 as if no wear and tear will happen in almost 15 years living there. It is unbelievable. I will leave an example of what they charge. I can't believe. I spent cleaning all day and they still charge me for cleaning $280 So this is for Residents moving in and out beware and have proof with pictures and in writing.

I moved here from San Antonio for work and these apartments made the application process very easy for me. An important factor for me is how well the apartment is kept both inside and out and I am truly impressed. They offer tile flooring which is a plus for me. I also noticed the laundromats were being sanitized during my visit. That alone says a lot , especially during these tough times. Looking forward to moving in.

Respectable staff, maintenance responds within hours, clean home, and quiet area. I’ve LOVED my experience here so far
