Security is a horrible very bad security service they not help of residents of this area sometimes not all of security is very danger to leave here elevator doors they always broke and smoke week smell horrible no support to be here I be leaving in here in this place is horrible to leave here insercirity and of alarms always come out people smoke Al of times very unsafe to leave with a child family to workers in here are horrible to wait and to wait for of work is horrible

Been living here for 40 years in the same apartment.

Don’t do their job correctly used my parking money to pay the rent without consent causing me to lose my car parking.. also received a letter claiming that I didn’t pay the rent for this month even though I did last week

Beware of the parking regulations here. They will boot your car if you have a sticker or not. I just got booted for parking in front of my house for an emergency situation and they booted my car not even 5 minutes after parking here. They have no remorse for people living here. They are not organized about their parking rules, they will try to pocket 250 from anyone and everyone. They operate like a prison system. There’s no visitor parking and they don’t have any structural parking rules anywhere. I will definitely be filing a complete to the NJ department of consumers affair. Btw the information of the booting fees and contact information on the garbage disposal is wrong I will definitely use that as a reference to the unlawful booting practice here!

Be careful, they have a poor organization with their parking system and security, if you enter here you are on the direct path to giving them 250 dollars for their pockets due to terrible parking policies... they steal your money right in your face and the security is extremely rude and ill-mannered.
