This apartment complex is a hidden gem. I've only lived here a short time and have had almost no issues. My AC just broke, and my landlord, Amanda Johnson, made sure it was fixed by the next afternoon! Friendly neighbors have also made this place such a joy.

My entire experience at Georgetown has been nothing but great. From beginning to end Meghann has truly worked with me to make sure that everything went well. The best rental experience I have had in a while. I had to move due to some personal changes but I highly recommend moving here. I have been here since 2018 and stay in a two bedroom townhouse style apartment. I love the quiet community and how affordable it is. It is pretty close to everything you will need, my favorite place close by is Lake Ella. Maintenance is always responsive and respectful! The management encourages communication. They have been doing everything they can to listen and meet our needs, especially in a time like this. I highly recommend this complex.
