Georgetown Apartments

We lived here since many years. Now since last year the management has been taken by Feldman Real Estates. Earlier it was with Judy and her husband. But now since the new management, the neighborhood has started to become cleaner and the new management is also updating every apartment as the apartments are getting empty and then new tenants come up. Our apartment was not been updated as we were living there. The management handles maintenance orders as quickly as possible. They have also installed new bright lights everywhere in the buildings (in earlier management lights were dim and some were not working) As lights make a big difference in overall look of the building. Was good for the first year I’ve lived here but now it’s under new management. The office closes early every day and voice mailbox is full. I work third shift and haven’t been able to get ahold of them for weeks

If I could a 0 or -5 I would. I moved into these apartments as my first apartment moving to Green Bay. Obviously being new to Green Bay I did not know much about the location but I needed a home. The first few months were absolutely fine. Then management left. Then maintenance left. This was over a year ago and we still have gotten no answer or update if we even have a manager. We used to be able to call to speak to a manager, nope not anymore. We can not get ahold of anyone for anything. So much violence happening over here and people being unsafe. I’ve become scared to leave my apartment and that’s just not cool for anyone. No one here has respect for anyone living around them. There is finally new ownership and management. Things are beginning to actually look NICE around here! I’m looking forward to all the projects going on being completed. The new units look really nice too!
