My daughter tried to rent a unit at 55 Page St. after an in person tour by me and a video tour for her (as she is currently out of state). Even though she and her boyfriend’s income and credit scores greatly exceeded the requirements, this agency declined to process their application or respond to their inquiries. Christopher who showed us the unit was nice but others in the office were unprofessional, and I don’t think represented the owners of this property well. Given their response to past postings, I imagine they will add unkind comments below but we were sincere, interested and qualified candidates that they treated without courtesy.

I had a very disappointing experience with George Goodwin Realty. In particular, my interaction with Rebecca was extremely unpleasant. The responses I received were rude and lacked basic professionalism. Instead of addressing simple questions respectfully, the communication felt dismissive and unnecessarily hostile. When you're dealing with something as important as housing, you expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on this interaction, I would strongly caution others before choosing to work with this agency. These people should go play in traffic.

Avoid this company – Inconsistent and unprofessional. I had a terrible experience with this management team, specifically Rebecca. After a virtual tour, I was told by one agent that I could lease the unit without an in-person visit. However, Rebecca later refused to review my application for that exact reason. When I requested a refund due to this conflicting information, she claimed the application was already "processed"—yet simultaneously told me they couldn’t process applications until an in-person tour occurred. The lack of transparency is alarming. To top it off, Rebecca was condescending, ignored multiple emails/voicemails, and eventually hung up on me when I asked for a status update. The company replaced all the windows in my apartment. The staff was timely with respnses and complerely professional. They did an outstanding job.

Ive lived in 2 different Goodwin Realty managed properties for the last ~4years and only have good things to say. They are very quick to handle any issues and have made my expereince renting from them very enjoyable. I would rent from them again in the future.
