We have used Jay Madison twice and have always had a great experience. We have also referred him to friends and family and they all seem to have good experiences as well. Throughout the process Jay was very kind, honest, and patient with the many questions that I asked him. He made it extremely easy and kept us updated during the entire process and made sure I understood how things would work. We always knew what to expect and what what happening next. Do not use Geneva Financial, LLC, 16231 N Brinson St #140, Nampa, ID you will be over charged on voluntary loan fees (example: we had to pay $100.00 for a credit report that normally cost $30.00) We were told that the VA only deals in round numbers by Jay Madison! (A big fat Lie) Our loan officer did not complete tasks in a timely maner and when it was brought to the attention of the owner Jay Madison he did nothing to rectify the situation for all our troubles and unwaranted delays. With a VA Loan you are not required to pay any fees out of pocket, the loan amount and all fees can be built into the loan for your purchase.
