This company is unprofessional and manipulative. The realtor Francesca Miranda scheduled a showing during my home inspection. They have no ethical standing and even made me get a home inspection before signing the offer leaving me out of 1000$. My offer was never countered and flat out rejected even after a verbal agreement and they made me jump through hoops and get a second Pre approval from a lender they work with. It would be fair to say that there is corruption here. And I am disgusted from the entire experience. Unless you want to be strung along for weeks I would not work with this company, snakes. Francesca is a pleasure to work with. She is the most responsive, hard working, honest and caring realtor I have ever met. She is thorough, thoughtful to all parties, willing to help in absolutely any way possible.
