I have a commercial lease with this property management company. Although receptionist is lovely, management is beyond rude. Rob (owner) is very unprofessional resolving issues with tenants by arguing. Their maintenance/repair staff is worst. Leaving projects unfinished and deciding to come fix things at thier desired discretion. Such misconduct leaves no room for consideration to on time property payor to operate a small business. Poorly ran management starting with the owner.

I've been with Genesis real estate for 4 years and never had a problem. If you pay your rent on time why would you have a problem? Robert and his beautiful wife are great. Diana and her assistant are also amazing. Great customer service. Never had to call them even once for a problem. I would highly recommend this company.
