They truly listened to our vision and treated our dream as if it were their own. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the quality of workmanship is something we appreciate more every day. What impressed us most was their professionalism and efficiency — they finished ahead of schedule (unheard of) without ever compromising quality. Watching our dream beach house come to life was such a special experience, and we are so grateful to have chosen the right builder to make it happen. We contracted with Generation Homes to build our custom home in Jacksonville Beach based on a floor plan we loved from our previous south Florida home. We are very pleased with the results! The team could not have been more professional and accommodating with our long distance build. Design, construction supervision, communication and accounting was superb. From the moment we sat down with Generation Homes we knew we were in good hands. We had a construction project in which we had a hard time finding someone to understand our vision. When we met with Cora all of our worries were gone. From day one we were well informed of how the project was going to proceed and were never disappointed. Every week we were updated on the progress and Shane visited the site everyday to ensure the work was being completed as promised. They built the home of our dreams and then some. I can't recommend them enough. If you are looking for a fair and honest builder Generation Homes provides the highest quality you can ask for in a builder. They definitely exceeded our expectations.

I was in excellent hands with Jonah during my first experience building a home. He was supportive every step of the way, was great with communicating, and I truly felt like he was invested in making sure the house was not only structurally sound but also the home that I wanted aesthetically. Karen was also exceptional from the start and helped make a lot of the initial decisions a bit easier. Throughout the entire construction, I knew I could count on Jonah to discuss any issues I had and to be responsive and timely when communicating. I couldn't have asked for more from a project manager.

We built our home with generation several years ago. They made the process very easy, super easy to work with. The design center was super helpful in making decisions. Our Foreman/supervisor Gordon was very efficient on the job everyday and answered every question or issue immediately. Anything we needed to change there was not an issue. A change order was issued along with costs so everything was transparent. I've built several houses in my life. This was by far the best experience I've had in building a home.
