Gemstone is the best! I rent from them every year when I visit the Orlando area. Never had a problem and they are friendly and always respond right away to any questions or concerns. The homes are very clean and well kept. Looking forward to my next trip and stay with them next month.

If you want to see any properties from Gemstone. What ever you do, DO NOT try and go through LUIS CASANOVA. Spare yourself the very un-professional time with this guy. He will literally blow you off and make speaking to you sound like the biggest waste of time. We asked if we could view one of Gemstones homes (pretty sure he was high as I kite) Anyways, Gemstone seems to have nice homes, just watch out for this guy and don't worry Gemstone, I'm more then happy to take my money somewhere else.

I like gemstone property management but wish there was a way to pay cash bc the 20 to 25 dollar processing fee on the bills we pay really stinks!!!
