***UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTISES AT GEHAN*** My wife and I visited the Rosehill Reserve development this past Sunday with a specific home build that we were hoping to buy. The sales rep showed us an inventory model that we liked, but was not exactly what we had wanted to build. Knowing that the current market is moving at an extremely fast pace, we decided to buy so as to not lose out on an opportunity. Should be noted - the sales rep had other customers on site that she was helping, and was also managing messages on her cell phone, as we sat in her office. She took my wife and I through the contract very quickly, and we reluctantly signed to purchase the home that was in inventory. That evening, my wife and I decided that the model at Rosehill Reserve was not quite right for our need
