THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! Absolutely atrocious maintenance service for the price we pay. It’s been well over a month and we can’t get replacements for blinds, LET ALONE have any sort of communication relating whats going on. On top of that everytime we reach out we either get ghosted until we spam for a response. Or just full on ignored. You’d be happier with your own cardboard box. Plus they don’t disclose any noise issues that are consistent with doors slamming or regarding other residents. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS!!!!!

A huge thank you to Faith, Amanda, and Tessa — each of them went out of their way to answer my questions, keep things moving smoothly, and make me feel like a priority throughout the entire process. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst place to live. I lived in the river road apartment building in Monticello MN for over 4 years in different units, they dont keep up with maintenance of the apartments. I lived in a unit with cockroaches and ants, ladybugs. and bees all over the windows. I asked for a garage when I lived there and waited almost a year for one, still never got one. They let just about anyone live there that has a criminal record or is keeping certain illegal things on the premises. Or not legally supposed to be there. You try to voice your complaint and the landlord doesn't answer her phone or says they will take care of the situation and never gets resolved. I DO NOT recommend living at this location. Its pretty sad and pathetic.

New management for the building I live in, when going in and the gal isn't in that is assigned to our building the staff that came out to assist me was great very friendly and did her best to help me out, was able to speak with our gal and got my questions answered, very friendly
