Richard from Gator Investments hired us for a roof repair, promised payment, and then disappeared. No follow-up, no professionalism, no integrity. This company does not honor their word. Don’t waste your time or trust dealing with them.

This is the worst commercial property management company in South Florida. I just moved in and they replaced my old 15 ton a/c unit with a ten ton unit. I tried to get them to fix if and for two months they did everything in their power not to fix the problem. Alex and Lisha are two very unprofessional people. They are the heads of the property management. They lie and make up whatever it takes to support their interests. No integrity. They don’t care about their tenants. I’ve only been here 3 months and already the relationship is bad

Dina Bartoletta.. Very rude, impatient, and unprofessional. If you are trying to rent a property from them, I would strongly advise against it. Every interaction we’ve had with her has implied she is either racist or just doesn’t care. There are better places to rent from for the same price in Miami. At all costs, avoid this property management company. It will save you so many headaches. Also, scroll down and read the other reviews. It has 2 stars for a reason!

I would not work with this company. Dina Bartoletta does not communicate, and will not keep in contact with you during the process of finding a property and will ghost you. I have called her several times to get in contact and she will just ignore your calls and texts. I do not recommend working with this company, as they are highly unprofessional. Please work with another investment property company.

This is one of the worst companies imaginable, terrible service!!! Also, Adam Landa is a real prick, he is one of their leasing agents who wont give u the time of the day, he is super rude and has a terrible attitude. People like Adam wont help u and literally would scream on the phone calling you stupid for asking questions. He was no help whatsoever in trying to find a commercial space. Im pretty sure the guy is racist as well with the comments he was making about hispanics and black people. Mr. Landa wont acknowledge you as a human being and does not care to help you. Beware of him as he is representative of the terrible company culture!
