I’ve lived at Gathyr Apartments for over a year, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable — just two red lights to I-65 and super close to Monument Circle and downtown Indy, which makes commuting and weekend plans effortless. Ana Bijader, the property manager, is incredibly sweet, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Huge kudos to her and the team for organizing monthly community events — they’re a great way to meet neighbors and build a sense of community. The skydeck is easily one of my favorite spots — stunning views of the Indianapolis skyline. Perfect for a summer evening with a drink and a book. Gathyr Apartments of Indianapolis is the kind of place that makes you say, “Okay… I could definitely get used to this.” Brand new, super stylish, and somehow makes everyday life feel a little more put-together—even when you’re not. The apartments are sleek, modern, and thoughtfully designed (aka my furniture finally makes sense here). The community spaces are legit impressive, and the whole place has that fresh, polished vibe without feeling stuffy. Great location, great atmosphere, and zero regrets. If you’re looking for a brand-new community that feels like an upgrade in every way, Gathyr is absolutely it. Five stars, no notes. ⭐✨

Ana is great! She listens to your wants and needs and tries to provide the best fit! She also was also very helpful when there were a few things I didn’t love! Like the bedroom not having a ceiling light. She was able to offer the dealing fan upgrade! I love how open they are to making the place feel like a home by allowing painting, and hanging of photos, and mounting of tv’s and such! She made the touring experience fun and exciting. I look forward to applying and moving forward with Gathyr!

Great downtown (but not to downtown) luxury apartment living that I lived in for 14 months. I lived in a 1 bed 1 bath by myself with my cat on the 5th floor Apt 501. The staff was always helpful, the maintenance was timely and the community of people that lived there were friendly. Loved the use of new technology, location and view the most. Walkable to anywhere you needed downtown, free parking, great WiFi, the best smelling cleanest place I’ve ever been to (the cleaning people are amazing) and a beautiful west facing view rooftop deck that impresses anyone that comes in. They accommodated for my motorcycle parking, cat, a birthday party in the lobby and monthly rental private office space. Just did a tour of the apartments with Ana! She laid out all the cost and was very transparent about pricing and availability. If you’re looking for a more modern apartment complex, this one is great + has good views and allows pets. The roof top was especially nice! Ana was also very personable and professional/ it was obvious that living there would make you part of a community with the other tenants and local businesses. :)
