Gather Uptown Apartment Complex

I am gonna start with the last owners of this location. At that time they had this apartment location very attractive and well kept. The main reason I wanted my family to move there. Security was also a major factor. So in short, trash collecting in the stairway areas, the main gate of access to the parking levels has been broken for atleast 6 plus months with no real answer as to when repairs should be anticipated. The main floor elevator buttons are literally about to fall off.. Overall the quality of living in this space requires more than it did when originally considering this location. The current leadership here may need assistance to turn this around before it's too far gone... Very sad....Also it's now called Yugo Uptown...

Apartments look nice, doesn’t matter how much you call maintenance they won’t show up or do the job right, leaky ceiling, new mobile entry is way worse than just having a key fob, pool is closed often, and last but not least they haven’t given residents who haven’t gotten parking passes key fobs; this means when the office is closed there’s only one entrance on the other side of the building you can enter. Overall the gather needs some work but looks nice on the inside and has a cool rooftop.

There is no signs of where the apartments are. Like which way to turn for x apartment. Having to walk in circles to find where to go. Good for people who actually live there and know their way but makes it very hard for delivery people to find the correct apartment in a timely matter.

The few that have worked there said there's not nothing nice to say,but it definitely stays cool inside during the very hot days. Be aware. So I have no interests in going in to find out what beware means. Too many negative words about the place. No photos yet.

When it was Gather it was great! Now it's hard to get anything done, hard to get someone to answer phones, trash everywhere
