Gateway Villas Apartments

They lie about about prices of your apartment.. they are roach infested and have some of the rudest staff around. They constantly move in high risk loud people. The homeless problem is crazy my mailbox has been broken into twice my car once and when the evict someone they throw their trash on the ground... stay away!!!

All thought the apartments may not look up to your standards to me it has been a great experience it’s quiet and peaceful. When walking into the office Samantha is always ready to greet everyone with a smile, she makes sure we have all the information we need before moving in and during the move in process she went above and beyond to help us make it happen. Both Blair and Samantha make the environment feel familiar and comfortable to talk to i appreciate what they both have done for my wife and me. Thank you for definitely adding the umbrellas and lounge chairs for the pool. They are fantastic.

Gateway Villas is the place my family called home for 3 and a half years. During that time I watched Blair and her team come in and really transform the property into a place worth calling home. The communety ammenity areas are kept clean and are all newly upgraded. Anytime we had an issue (maintenance, pest, parking, ect) it was taken care of in a timely manner. Blair and Samantha are both kind, professional, and always helpfu! The office will host events for the residents throughout the year, which my family has always enjoyed! Thank you Blair, Samantha, and all the maintenance staff at Gateway Villas! Update: Gateway Villas will lie to keep your deposit. Most outrageous thing I have ever witnessed! Telling me utilities are paid 2 months behind....how is that possible if I pay them ever

I recently had the pleasure of viewing gateway villas and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautifully maintained grounds and the friendly, helpful staff. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The community is quiet and safe, making it an ideal place to call home. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience.although the residents are very rude to the managers his name was David very very unprofessional coming in yelling because you can’t be responsible for your own life ? That’s not their job to guide you every step.

My husband and I lived here for 4 years and it was a fantastic apartment for us. The new management company has done a lot to improve the complex, we loved the addition of the dog park and the paint job to the complex makes it look so nice. We always had good experiences with the maintenance team, they were always quick to respond to requests and get things fixed. Blair is amazing, she’s the absolute best manager. We would’ve stayed longer if our jobs hadn’t taken us to the other side of town. If you’re thinking about moving here, I highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a good starter apartment or a place close to the university.
