Gateway Towers Apartments

I lived at Gateway Towers (Building B) for a little over two years. Initially, I truly enjoyed the community. It was my first apartment after college, and the property offered great amenities such as security, gyms, recreational areas, fob entry, and a well-maintained appearance. I also really liked the package system, which gave me peace of mind. The location was also a major perk — close to the airport, BSL, major highways, stadiums, grocery stores, and only about 15 minutes from downtown, while still feeling quiet and secluded. Maintenance was often very responsive and did what they could. However, over time, several ongoing issues significantly impacted my experience. "Come Home To LIndy's" is a great title for Gateway Towers. I truly feel at home and at peace when I turn my key and enter my apartment. I love the staff ,they're so helpful and pleasant from day one. I feel blessed and thankful because of my experience at other rental properties. Thank you all

My boyfriend and I have had a wonderful time living here. The location is absolutely prime for our commute to work. The building and residents are wonderful. Maintenance is always working and cleaning the building. We have never had to wait for more than an hour for Maintenance to come fix a problem. We have never once had trouble finding parking. It's very delightful to see happy children living here and their parents. It makes us feel safe as a couple who wants children. Never had an issue with mail theft. Never had an issue with other residents. Never had an issue with noise. The garbage disposal works, I always have hot water, always have AC and heat, the building is clean, the elevator works, I always find a parking spot, never have to wait for the washer and dryer. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received from Miss Robin. She scheduled an appointment for me to view an apartment, and I arrived on the agreed date and time. However, upon arrival, I was told that the apartment was no longer available. I found this experience quite frustrating and unprofessional, as I had arranged my time and transportation based on the confirmed appointment. I would appreciate you to ensure better communication in the future to prevent such situations.

Absolutely do not move here, i just finished my lease with them in august, after my apartment flooded twice and the maintenance crew did nothing about it we decided enough was enough. on top of that we had a huge issue with mold in our bathroom and roaches would continue to show up after having an exterminator come out multiple times. And they want to charge me $4000 for leaving that mess!!! THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS RESIDENTS!!!! the added photos are roach eggs we found in the different outlets and when the kitchen and bathroom flooded with toilet paper and sewage after 3 days of us not being home!
