Gateway Residences at Port San Antonio

I recently opened a work order for a problem that has plagued our apartment since we moved in, but the crew that came to fix the problem, solved it in a couple of hours! The maintenance crew was knowledgeable, efficient and quick and they were able to locate and fix the problem with no issue!

maintenance guys the ones in charge are always on top of any issues in the property and units and the new property manager selinda is so responsible and very concerned when it comes to her tenants needs. sincerely tenants unit 3 😅☺️

Been living here going on 3 years.. everything has been good so far. Usually if we have problems they get addressed quickly. Thankful for clean neighbors because we have no roaches. Outside is always cleaned and we enjoy our townhome.

Office staff is nice. Worked with Naomi and had great communication through entire process. Maintenance is quick and very helpful. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. My family and I are content and enjoying our new apartment.

They sent a email reminding them on the 15 is the last day to pay your rent I went to Walmart the day before the 15 I couldn’t pay it they are close on Sunday how I am going to know that they sent me a email to pay it i go into the store going to pay it now I’m getting evicted cause they close my account the day before it was due . I told about my situation trying to make ends meet .
