Gateway Pointe Apartments

The apartment is nice overall but cheap hardware and the landscaping needs help. The biggest issue is the management. They act nice upon first move in but afterwards act like you are bothering them if you need anything and make up rules that are never written. They close their office a lot and do not keep their appointments. They are very unprofessional.

I stay here as a veteran with the VECTR center program. When I first arrived, I thought "Oh wow, this place looks nice!". Been here a little over 2 months and it's been mixed feelings. First of all, management here is NON-EXISTENT. They have a sign up that says, "No Walk-Ins, Appointment only" but they NEVER answer their phones and never respond to emails! *I have proof* Secondly, I had a leak from my ceiling. I called, I emailed, I texted. No one ever came, no one ever responded, no one ever called. It stopped leaking dayssss later! Third, the complex itself has a SEVERE roach problem! I started seeing roaches the day after I moved in! I asked several neighbors if they knew anything about that and they all said, "yeah, everyone here has roaches and the managers don't care". Please do not attempt to move into this property. It is a very beautiful property..the way staff operate undefined, unnecessary, and borderline harassment. Residents when get the opportunity to move please do so do not attempt to talk back you will be chastised god forbid you try to understand what someone saying to you

This place is soooo tempting & nice I was trying to move in a few months back because a friend of mines stayed here, leasing office lady is rude as heck upon my application process..I’m actually happy I was denied, the stories that you read folks believe them I’d go on a 72 hour hold just to teach management some manners

I communicated with the Leasing Agent who went by the name of Rose.....I communicated by email. Rose told me that they had 12 market value 2 bedroom apartments available and starting at $987 a month. I went to the leasing office and spoke to the actual manager and she told me that they DID NOT have any 2 bedrooms available. And that I make too much to qualify for their income restricted program. Need less to say I was very disappointed ☹️...
