Gateway Pines

I toured the apartments, and overall it was a really good experience. The place was clean, well-maintained, and looked just like the photos. The layout felt spacious, and I liked how much natural light there was. The amenities were nice, especially the common areas, and everything felt safe and quiet. The tour guide was friendly and Ruby answered all my questions without rushing me, which I appreciated. The location also seems convenient—close to stores and easy to get around. A couple of units felt a bit pricey, but for what you get, it seems worth it.

Let me first say that I felt so blessed when I first moved in here. When I moved in initially everything was pristine and exactly what I wanted in apartment living. I absolutely love the office staff, and the unit features, as well as amenities. As time went on, the behavior with residents on property started to become apparent. The walls are either thin, so people need to be more considerate to those living here. Unfortunately, some are prone to yelling, loud music til 2am, whistling and shouting in the hallways which echo due to being paved, smoking in the indoor hallways and stairways, not just tobacco. I am really getting upset over losing sleep even on weeknights. Some residents are so inconsiderate. I work full-time and am losing so much sleep due to fighting, running in the halls,

Chelsey is absolutely fantastic! Absolutely attentive to my needs and a great help. I had a situation that required me to step away for a moment, but Chelsey helped me deal with anything that I needed. Definitely get help from her if you’re looking into this place

Ruby Faz and Chelsey are always helpful. Both are great with providing information, resolutions and advice when needed. I’ve lived at gateway pines for nearly three years and never had issues. Emails are sent out daily to provide information regarding updates, events, notices and much more. Thank you for all you do!

*Part 1* I moved in 11/2022 I do not recommend ANYONE to live here. I have heard good things about Gateway Oaks, and Gateway Cedars. If you find yourself living here, make sure you take pictures and report EVERYTHING within the 48 hours. Tiny carpet stains, poorly patched walls, dinks, chipped walls/ baseboards, bugs, dirty appliances, poorly applied carpet, EVERYTHING. I would also recommend making sure they give you proof that the carpet has no stains BEFORE you move in. Don't forget to give them a 60 day notice whether you're RENEWING or MOVING OUT. Definitely install cameras to watch the maintenance men enter your home without permission, and when they touch your things. Expect to be treated terribly if you have any animals.
