Gateway park apartments is a gated community so you will definitely feel secure and safe when you come into your quiet peaceful apartment. I've been here approximately 7 months. My experience here has been very impressive. The repairs that I've had as been repaired in s timely manner and I appreciate that. Mrs. Candace cares about her( our) community. I'm happy to be here.

I been living in the complex for about 7 months now, so far, I have no complaints. My repairs orders have been done within the time said. The office manager is also polite and always take the time to address the tenant's request, as far as I have experienced.

Update :8-30-23 . I recently moved in officially and have been overwhelmed with how nice everyone is at this apartment complex. When I, my mother , and others were moving into the apartment complex many people introduced themselves and asked if there was anything they could do. I have two dogs and many people have been so welcoming to them also. All of my neighbors have knocked on my door and introduced themselves and told me if I needed anything to let them know. I knew I made a good decision when I signed my lease but I will be forever grateful to how welcoming everyone in the community is. I finally feel like I have a “home” in this community.
