Gateway Arvada Ridge

By far the best apartments I’ve lived at in my adult life! Love the modern finishes and the team is great to work with as well. We recently had some plumbing issues and our maintenance man Tracy got the job done in no time! Very fast response as well, there’s been times at previous properties where I’d wait a month plus for a basic repair to be completed. Very refreshing

Moved in Nov 2025 and so far we have had an excellent experience. Maintenance has been especially great - they are timely, thorough, and nice guys including Jake, Tracy, and Will. Front office is also timely and helpful with their responses to issues. We are really happy we moved here.

Couldn’t recommend Gateway Arvada Ridge enough. I’m going on 3 years of living here and it’s been my favorite place in the Denver area. The complex, apartment and amenities are new, clean and modern. Jake on the maintenance team is an absolute rock star. He’s gone above and beyond since I’ve moved in and is always available when I need help. So grateful for you, Jake!

Two wonderful maintenance people, Jake and Tracy, came to my apartment to replace the kitchen faucet. They were professional, fast, tidy and friendly. I'm noticing lots of positive changes around here since new management is in place. Thanks!

Greystar took over in August 2025 and increased prices 12% for renewals and for new resident pricing with no improvements to the property. Arvada rental market has been cooling with 3.3% drop over the last year. Leasing office was unable to come up with justification for the 12% increase except that it’s “ current market” and they “understand increases are frustrating”. I get raising the price if you are improving the property or rent around the area is hard to come by but that’s not the case. Do your research with property management companies and know the current market rate in area you are looking because greystar doesn’t have your back as a renter.
