In a time when negative feedback can sometimes overshadow the full picture, I believe it’s important to highlight the consistent excellence she brings to this community. Under her management, our apartment complex is not only well-maintained but truly stands out as a luxury-level community—especially in comparison to other HNN properties. The grounds are kept in great condition, amenities are cared for, and the overall environment reflects pride and professionalism. I came to visits this complex because a friend referred me and told me how spacious it was. I came in to tour a two bedroom but they were taken, so I toured a three bedroom, and I toured with Valerie. I came in without an appointment and was offered water and coffee by Laveda who was so sweet and attentive, while her and Valerie were helping multiple people in the office. I even offered to come back since I came in without an appointment on a Friday late in the afternoon, but Laveda promised me a 5min wait and that’s exactly how long I waited. I’ve noticed the recent fake negative reviews that seem to have flooded both Leveda and Valerie. (It seems like retaliation out of spite in my opinion.) I’m not one to write reviews about anything but I felt compelled to bring peace of mind and some truth to any one looking to live here at Gateway. I want to commend the current Gateway team, but particularly Leveda and Valerie. I can attest to the actual REAL positive reviews highlighting the quality of character and professionalism with these ladies. They have always gone above and beyond for the community and all of its residents. This is hands-down the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The office staff are incredible—truly amazing ladies who go above and beyond every single day. They work hard to keep the community safe, always greet you with a smile, and genuinely know you and your family by name. The maintenance team is outstanding too; they jump on repairs right away and keep the entire property cleaner and better maintained than any other complex I’ve experienced.

Ronald was the maintenance guy who came to my unit to make the repairs. When there was a routine inspection just this month Ronald had noticed my back door screen door needed to be replaced. He just came back the following day and replaced it. He was checking everything that day as instructed. I made a maintenance request and listed multiple things wrong in my unit that needed replacement sir repairs. He came to my unit prepared and ready to work. I had quite a few things that I thought would take way longer . He knocked it out extremely quickly. He was able to replace my dishwasher as well as make repairs in my unit on my dryer. I really thought I was gonna have to get a new dryer, but he was able to fix it with no problem. He also provided me with my user manual, which I did not even kno
