The location is a 5/5 Very favourable for someone who commutes or uses route 11 for work Apartments are clean and do not have any issues. Instant maintenance requests resolved very safe community.
Had to have a new washer and dryer installed. Maintenace came the next day and installed a combo washer dryer. Washer on the bottom and the Dryer on top. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the washer. I called the office maintenance came right over, called the manufacture and was the issue resolved. This a good place to live they have a good maintenance crew.
I called the office and they were there 10 minutes to fix the microwave. He did a good job. Thank you for getting to us so quickly.
