Gates of Rochester Apartments

I recently moved in these apartments and I have all amazing things to say !! The maintenance team does an exceptionally well job keeping the grounds clean and answering any maintenance request regarding any problems in the units. My favorite leasing agent is Yvonne !! She is always in the office greeting everyone with a smiling face and positive attitude. Yvonne is also very knowledgeable when it comes to any questions about the community. It always brightens my day when she can help me out ! If you are looking for a place to rent in Rochester , the gates will welcome you !

Gates is very nice. The apartment has newer appliances and wall paint, feels like a nice hotel, and maintenance is fast and friendly. I wish the hot water lasted a little longer in the shower, but that's a pretty minor issue. I also enjoy the walking path, bench and pool right outside my window. So far, no issues with neighbors and the community has been quiet, safe and peaceful at night. Gilda at the leasing office has been incredibly sweet and helpful, she made the move easier and she also took the time to walk over and make sure I locked my new place when I was at work and was worried I'd forgotten.

I love Kathy W with how much she has helped me!!! She works in the leasing office and is an amazing person to get to know and makes light out of a bad situation. She has made my living process much more easier as a new renter and is so understandable and will always help you with any problems you have!!! She makes it her priority to make sure you are settled in perfectly at your home and will make you feel a lot better about living here! Favorite office worker/woman I have ever met !!!

I absolutely love Kathy W in the leasing office. I had help with the “move in” process with some else on the team who was absolutely horrible. Name starts with a G I think 🤔. Ms Kathy on several occasions was able to adress the issues, makes changes and complete the process smoothly. The maintenance team always responds in a timely fashion, and it’s been a great experience so far!

Ive only been moved for four days so far. Our unit and building reminds me of motels/hotels, very nice for the price up in a big city especially close to Minneapolis. The building we are at and the people that i have interacted with so far are very nice and friendly, some of them even helped me move stuff upstairs when i was moving in. i think this place has gotten a lot better over time looking at all these comments from a year+ ago, this place isn't like any of that at all...its really improved. For us its been pretty quite at night i have no complaints. We had some things wrong with our unit and maintenance has been there in a timely manner, lately its even been the same day to look at and fix the problem. i think the place is pretty safe, the gates of Rochester doesn't give me ghetto
